FULL PLANNING
We will take over full planning of your event! We will meet with you over the course of planning to touch base and get the OK for all decisions being made so you know that you will love everything about your special event! We will coordinate the day of the event too so if any guests or staff have questions they can go through us. We will set up and clean up for you as well, just another way to ensure that you have the most stress-free day! Anything you or your guests need we will be able to take care of! ONE MONTH OF PLANNING
JoSi Events will take over for the last month of your event! We will confirm everything for you, set up and clean up your venue, and assist staff and guests so you can enjoy your big day with zero worries! Anything you need leading up to the event will be completely handled by us! DAY OF PLANNING
Are you just needing someone to help coordinate the day of your event? Just need a little assistance setting up and cleaning up? We would love to help! Let us coordinate the day of your event, we will make sure everything runs smoothly so you can have a great time without any worries! We will also coordinate any rehearsals or day-before events that will occur. Single Meeting
Whether you need help with your DIY projects or just want some advice, we would love to be there! This package is a great way to get some expert help without having to hire a full-time planner! Anything and everything you may need JoSi Events will be available! If you have any questions or would like more information contact us so we can set up an appointment to discuss your event and plans!
- $50 for a meeting up to 2 hours
- $20/hr for anything exceeding 2 hours

Kid’s Reception
We understand how important family is! We would love to be there to help make sure that the children in your life are able to celebrate with you! Let us set up a special area just for them! We will watch over them so parents can also have a much deserved time off and keep them entertained! Every wedding should have an identity. Sidney, the Si in JoSi, wants to create continuity for your special day. This package includes creating your dream wedding vibe from scratch with colors, logo, website, invitations, save-the-dates and anything else your heart desires!

Bridesmaid/Groomsmen/Hype-up-the-party
Whether you want to fatten up your wedding party, or just even it out, we got you covered! We understand that stuff happens, maybe someone is no longer able to make it or you just really want to have a perfectly even bridal and grooms party. Let us fill in the gaps for you! We can also get the party started! Don’t have any need for extra party members but everyone is a little shy? We can provide someone to help get everyone out of their shell and dancing!

That’s a Wrap
Tear Down Only Service
Don’t need someone for the whole day but still need a little bit of assistance? JoSi Events can come in when the party is wrapping up and make sure your brought in décor gets put away and nothing is left behind. Does not include delivery of any decorations.
